Helps strengthen the ankles, prevent and reduce shin splints. This TIb curl bar helps train the tibilias muscle in a full range motion. Something you can't due on a calf raise machine or donkey calve raise machine. It Is made of steel not plastic. Comes with UPGRADED marine vinyl padding to help as a cushion for your feet. Has a 6" collar for
    1" standard plate loading.
    Your 1" clips or clamps will fit on the collar. Weighs about 5 pounds to start out.
