2003 Chevrolet SS/R Indy 500 Pace Car Press Kit: N.I.B.!

Here is a very special pre-production SS/R Indy 500 Pace Car press kit in the original box as sent to John Conde (google his name), retired AMC executive who died in 2008 at age 90.  My business partner and I bought the last roomful of his literature in 2020 from his granddaughter who was moving from the house north of Detroit that John built in 1952.  Even though there was a truckload of literature, there was only one of these.  Once it's gone, that's it.
There are very few illustrations in this press kit, so most probably they are all on the CD that fits in it own pocket in the folder.  I haven't taken it out and plugged it in for a look.  It's hard to believe that this kit is now 19 years old.  Having a limit of only 12 photos for a listing doesn't allow this kit the exposure I'd like to give it.
Condition is excellent but not mint,
AND original.
There are very minor hits and nics around the edges, but no odor from storage nor has it ever been wet.
