    Returns
    We can accept returns within 30 calendar days if the item has not been used or installed. All returned merchandise must be in original condition and must include the original factory box packaging (e.g foam plastic, wrapping, etc.) and all instructional paperwork.
    Refunds
    Refunds are applied to the payment method used at the time of purchase 2-3 days after our receipt of the returned merchandise. We will only refund the value of the merchandise returned, not the shipping charge. If you purchase the item with "Free Shipping", the actual shipping fee will be deducted from your refund payment.
    Defective Merchandise
    Merchandise that is discovered to be defective upon receipt will be replaced. We will ship you a new one if we can not resolve the problem.
    Damaged Merchandise
    All packages are inspected for damage prior to leaving our warehouse. Please inspect all items for damages before signing the delivery slip. If there is damage to the entire shipment, please mark on the delivery slip "damaged" and refuse the shipment. If the shipment has only partial damage, please mark on the delivery slip the boxes arrived "damaged" and only accept the boxes in good condition.
    Please contact us immediately and provide us with photos of the damaged part(s). We will work with you to resolve any problem by replacing the damaged parts or merchandise.
