All lots will be mailed  using First Class USPS Mail. Registered Mail is offered as optional to all buyers. See S&H prices below:

he cost of S&H using First Class USPS Mail for up to six (6) full size sheets or album pages will be .25 in the USA and .75 Worldwide.

he cost of S&H using First Class USPS Mail for up to six (6) mini-sheet stamps will be .50 in the USA and .50 Worldwide.
Larger orders will be adjusted based on weight using current USPS rates.
REGISTERED MAIL
(with tracking):  USA .00 - Worldwide .75. Upon buyer’s request or for purchases over US dollars.
COLOMBIA, CHINA and RUSSIAN FEDERATION
have a history of lost mail. I strongly recommend the buyer to request Registered Mail. Also, expect delays on Worldwide International Mail due to Pandemic.
COMBINED SHIPPING:
For regular postage mail, I  will attempt to combine up to six (6) lots of stamps for shipping of multiple purchases to reduce your total cost. Combined purchases must be  made within 3 days of first purchase. I will add {{detail_product_description}}.20 in the USA and .15 Worldwide for each additional ounce. Please wait for my invoice, so I can  adjust the S&H fee accordingly.  Please note that I assume no responsibility for any lost mail. I will ship within two days of payment or sooner.
PAYMENT:
PayPal is accepted as the method of payment. Payment must be made within 7 calendar days of purchase, otherwise your purchase will be voided. You can also contact me to extend this time if you are bidding other listed items and plan to combine the purchase.
RETURNS:
I ACCEPT RETURNS IF NOT FULLY SATISFIED WITH YOUR ORDER. Buyer is responsible  for the cost of Shipping &  Handling associated with the return of any items. A full refund will be  issued to the buyer within two days of receiving the returned item(s).
