Opalescent Swan Glass Figurine

Sorry not to know the background of this rainbow beauty.  I bought at an estate sale from someone who knew that their parents had many objects like this "for awhile."  Not much to go on.  I'm guessing this is NOT a machine-made swan.  It is 4-1/4 inches tall, there are two or three ash specks embedded in the body.  Beak and wings are clear but still irridescent.  White body has those frosted white lumps of glass but they still also glow.
No chips or cracks.  It is 3-1/2 inches long, about 1-3/4 inches thick across the belly.
Buyer pays postage at the 14 ounce level.
