These are original vintage rich-low-brass marquise settings or mounts.
These have an open back and great to use with transparent stones.
These are a standard size settings for the common 7mm by 15mm marquise stones.

In the early days beads were strung on strings and stones were packed in paper, so they may have rubbed against each other and have very, very tiny nicks. Some of the foil may have rubbed off the back of some of the stones, but we do try to send you the best possible.
I usually throw in an extra stone or bead, just in case there is one that is not quite perfect.
We sell old stock that has never been used, but it is never going to look like brand new or imported items.
Brass usually discolors with age, and we do not clean before shipments
