Walt Disney Original Production Animation Cel "Pluto Rescue Dog" of "Seal" 1947

Description

This is a super interesting and rare piece of animation art history. This piece comes from the Walt Disney Company 1947 short: "Pluto Rescue Dog," and is of the "Seal."
This original Walt Disney Animation Production Cel is of the jolly light-hearted trouble making Seal. Background and provenance for this piece, it was first obtained by famous "Peanuts" sculptor and animation art collector, the late:
Stan Pawlowski who then sold it to another collector also out of California approximately 15 years ago, (I do not have permission to share their name) and then acquired by myself.
The cel is in excellent condition with crisp lines and colors, quite remarkable for a piece from this era. The matting towards the bottom is a bit warped, however the cel and protective plastic over the cel is in excellent condition. The protective plastic acts as a "Window" for the matting set up.
This peg-holed cel has what looks like scene numbers at the bottom which can also be seen in the pictures.
